 Android phones have different ways to enable USB Debugging. Firstly, let's find out the version of your Android device
.Go to  Settings > About phone > Firmware version.  If your device is running Android 3.2 or older, go to Settings > Applications > Development > Select 'USB Debugging'.
If your device is running Android 4.0 and newer,
Go to Settings > Developer options.

, reconnect your phone to Mobo Genie. Next, switch on the USB
Debugging mode on your device. Try connecting your device to the PC by using another USB port.
Alternatively, you can restart your phone and / or restart your PC.
